The venue as last year will be Thorpe End Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm Superintendent Dave Marshall will be attending, The Chief Constable has been invited. Further information to follow closer to the date From Norfolk Constabulary
Dear Home Watch Co-ordinator,
A new era of Norfolk Constabulary and Norfolk Home Watch is nearly upon us. For the past six months Norfolk Home Watch Association has been actively working with the Constabulary to create a new operational model designed to put residents first.
Each Safer Neighbourhood Team will have a Home Watch Specific Point of Contact (SPOC) who will have the portfolio for Home Watch where you live. The SPOCs are in the process of being identified - your representative will be made known to you in due course.
In the near future you will receive a message from the Constabulary inviting you to re-register your details on our new communications tool. When you receive this message please respond as soon as you can. You will be able to re-register by filling in a form online or a hard copy - details to follow!
It's not just a new operational model and communications tool which will benefit Home Watch in Norfolk. Our Home Watch communications products have been standardised and include a refreshed start-up pack for both co-ordinators and members. These will be phased in as new schemes start.
